Training and Workshops
Continuous improvement (CI) requires Continuous Education (CE). We offer industry certified courses including the entire IC Agile offerings and have teachers with in-depth experience and knowledge of many different types of agile practices, industries, and technologies. While Agile processes are important, it takes more than process to be successful in Agile. That’s why Falcon has a team of teachers who focus on changing culture and behaviors, offer technical expertise about Agile tools and approaches (DevOps), and the entire Agile spectrum. We provide the specific type of teachers and courses you need to be successful.
We evolve Agile alignment and optimization across your entire organization, both business and technical. This increases the intrinsic value of your business as well as the extrinsic value of your product offering.
